Layers of wood are meticulously impregnated with resin, pressed, sliced, polished, and secured with stainless steel rivets. The result is an exceptionally durable wooden handle resistant to impact, heat, and moisture.
Backed by a 5-year guarantee, the set includes:
- 1 butcher knife, 200 mm blade.
- 1 meat fork, 310 mm. Blade made of AISI 420 stainless steel (equivalent to DIN 1.4028). Handle crafted from impregnated wood joined with stainless steel rivets.
